WHAT IS OUR STYLE?

We are professional photographers that capture your wedding day as it happens. Each couple has a different story. The way you met, how you connect with each other & what makes you laugh are all different for each couple. We love how each couple has such unique personality and taste and our photography reflects your story and what is happening around you. We love those candid, unexpected things that only last a second but are special and unique. We also love finding beautiful light & locations and having you do fun and relaxed poses. WE HAVE NEVER DONE A PHOTO SHOOT TOGETHER AND WE'RE NERVOUS, ANY ADVICE?

You are going to do amazing! Remember we are just friends taking fun photos for you. Our style is to put you in beautiful spots or light and then help you get relaxed with fun and easy poses or just keep it completely candid. Most couples warm up very quickly. Before you know it, you are just enjoying the views and eachother.

We definitely encourage an engagement shoot if you'd like to get a little practice before the wedding day and feel more comfortable with us around with our cameras. And on the wedding day for most of the day you're so distracted you won't even know we're there!

CAN I JUST HIRE ONE OF YOU?

Unfortunately we are a 2-for-1 kind of deal. We are definitely a team and we work very well together. Even for smaller weddings and elopements with just a few people. Couples have been happy to have two of us there and appreciate the different angles and moments that we get.

CAN YOU DELIVER ALL THE RAW FILES IN THE FINAL COLLECTION

RAW files are actually very difficult to deal with by yourself if you don't have the proper editing programs to handle these files. RAW is often confused to mean unedited. RAW files are extremely large files that we utilize in post. We use these large files for editing purposes on Adobe Lightroom & PS. We edit & deliver the images as a final product in Jpeg format. The photos you will receive in your album will be high resolution JPEG files that can be used for anything including prints.

WHAT IF YOU'VE NEVER WORKED AT OUR VENUE?

We have had the privilege to travel to many venues, but every year many places we photograph will be new to us. This has never been a problem and is a actually a great thing because we are super inspired by new locations. We also arrive early to scout things out, look at the light, etc, so we're fully prepared for the wedding!

CAN YOU FIX THINGS IN PHOTOSHOP?

We edit out blemishes on the skin and simple things such as spots on the dress and minor things in the background. We do not photoshop for larger items such as trash cans, light poles, etc. We also don't photoshop for physical size, eyes, teeth, etc. We work very hard to have a large variety of images with unique angles that would naturally highlight the best elements of your stunning day without the need for excessive photoshopping.

SHOULD WE DO A FIRST LOOK?

We encourage you to choose what best meets your needs. First Look gives you both a chance to privately see each other and get over your nerves a bit before the ceremony. This is great alone time and time for photos. If you do a first look, you can go right from ceremony to reception. Waiting until the ceremony to first see each other is also a very special moment, and something that we encourage.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?

We're excited you'd like to work with us! We encourage you to fill out our contact form and give us as much information as possible and we will get back to you within 24 hours with our availability/information. We also would love to plan an in person meeting if you can make some availability for a coffee meet. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and also share more about what we do. When you're ready to book we send over an online contract and invoice with a 50% deposit. when we receive both of those things we are booked for your date & will start getting ready for the wedding day. Please note that no dates will be held without the contract/payment and dates are first come/first served.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?

We are happy to give suggestions on the timeline of the day to help you figure out when the best light will be for photos, recommend vendors we love and provide any other advice or support you need. We love helping you figure out what would work best from a photographer's standpoint. We are available via e-mail & Phone any time for questions! We will also schedule a time before the wedding day where we can catch up on all your stories, planning process, and updated timeline. We then stay in contact until the big day arrives.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?

For weddings we offer a couple of different options. Custom table top magazines make great family gifts and are also less expensive than the fine art albums. We also offer fine art albums. These are very high quality albums with thick paper & print intended to last a lifetime.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS

We guarantee you will receive them within 45 business days of the wedding. After you have received the Online Album, we will begin on any physical magazines or albums you have ordered. On average this takes 4-6 weeks for the albums & 2-4 weeks for the magazines.

HOW MANY WEDDING PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?

Every wedding is different and varies. We don't limit how many photos we capture or deliver. We guarantee a minimum with how many hours you choose. All photos are delivered fully edited (in color and black/white) and print ready.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS TO YOU ON OUR WEDDING DAY?

We take what we do extremely seriously and in 5 years we have never missed a single wedding. We often arrive very early & plan prepare the night before the wedding to make sure there aren’t complications; but sometimes unforeseen circumstances do happen in life. We have a network of incredibly talented photographers throughout Orange County that we can call on if we ever need a backup to step in.

DO YOU TRAVEL? AND HOW DO I KNOW YOU WILL SHOW UP?

This is a very understandable question. Destination weddings can be very stressful and we do everything we can to give you peace of mind that we will be there. We won’t book your out of state or country wedding unless we can make a full trip out of it. We often arrive several days before the actually wedding or elopement so that we can have a chance to meet in person and also scout out locations. We have traveled all over the country & word for weddings.

DO YOU HAVE TESTIMONIALS?

DO YOU HAVE BACKUP EQUIPMENT AND ARE YOU INSURED?

We have backup equipment for everything we own (camera bodies, flashes, memory cards, lenses, etc) We also always instantly backup image files, and keep them protected in different physical locations. We are also insured and have never had an incident where we had to utilize our insurance.
